I'm Ben, a British university student and photographer driven by story, emotion, and small moments that often go unnoticed. Whether I’m capturing the stillness of the Milky Way in the Australian outback or the raw energy of a university match, I aim to create images that resonate not just visually, but emotionally.
My journey with photography began as a way to document my adventures, but it quickly grew into something more: a creative pursuit that challenges me, and others, to see the world differently. I’m especially drawn to the unfiltered expressions, the fleeting tension, and the motion. That’s where real stories live.
Biography
My photography journey started under the stars - literally. During lockdown, I found escape chasing dark skies and waiting for the Milky Way to rise. What began as curiosity quickly became obsession. I taught myself how to shoot the night sky, experimenting with exposure, noise reduction, and post-processing until I could bring the cosmos to life.
That early passion for astrophotography unlocked something bigger. I began seeing beauty in motion, light, and emotion - not just above, but all around me. Now, I shoot everything from sports and portraits to travel and cinematic vlogs.
I'm currently based in Perth, balancing university life with a growing portfolio. This site is where I share the photos that mean the most to me - each one a small chapter in a much bigger adventure.
